You get what you pay for - this is an expensive hose reel but it’s 100% quality. Very nice quality hose (flexzilla-esque), very nice sturdy reel with strong retraction and easy to use operation. Literally the only complaint I have is the short lead-in hose has a plastic fitting on it that feels a tiny bit chinsy. Other than that it’s been great for about 6 months of use so far.
