It’s very handy works excellentSturdy and convenientSuper easy set up. Squirts like 35’ on “jet” mode! LESS THAN HALF of what my other one cost by “giraffe”. I thought the hose looked slightly narrower but it flows as good as my other one that cost $169!I WOULD Mac PROBABLY WILL buy another one.2 areas of improvement.1) when you “quick-disconnect” there’s no stopper-valve so, yes, it easily disconnects but now you have water shooting effectively out of an open hose “tip”.2) clamp for the hose-end wasn’t screwed into enough of the hose (just barely on the hose end) so it fell off and I just shoved the hose in deeper and twisted it and it is solid and strong. (Just tell the assemblers to make sure to seat the hose deep enough)Works really well and happy with the purchase. It can be a little finicky at times getting the retracting to work as expected and the hose diameter is small so the flow is limited vs a normal hose. Other than that it’s very sturdy and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break anytime soon. Even with the few small things it’s worth having no clutter and a hose that is put away all the time.Has worked well so far. Only issue it that the hose is setup to only connect to the provided nozzles. You are able to remove the connected and attach it to a store bought nozzle that can then be attached to the hose. Also you lose some water pressure compared to a standard hose.Life is so much easier with this retractable hose. Brakes where ever you want. Retracts with a simple rug. No more muddy hands.Works like a charm! Really happy I bought this rather than a traditional garden reel hose. Highly recommend this!!Works great
