Quite large badge. It is actually an iron on patch I believe, just glued to a badge clip. I still love it and use it everyday at work. The ID pull string part where you pull your pledge now to scan and whatnot is also perfect. It isnt difficult to pull and doesnt unclip and smack me when I pull it down quicker than I should. Lol. I would buy again.
