Wow, this is a perfect fit & is much higher quality than I expected. I just inherited a Prius that no longer has a cargo cover. I didn't want to spend a buttload of money on the Toyota ones & thought I'd give this a try. It's the perfect fit. Other reviewers say it doesn't fit, so maybe they ordered one for the wrong Prius model? It was also super easy to "install". I mean, it just slips into the slots, exactly like the OEM cargo covers. I don't understand other reviews saying they had to drill holes or fiddle with the back seats. I'm SO GLAD I bought this!
