I purchase this hose for my father after he's been complaining about the garden hose for months. We've only had it for a short month, but he was ecstatic! I didn't know something as simple as a garden hose could make an old man so happy.This hose works perfectly as intended. I've seen some reviewers claim that the hose will begin to crack if left out in the sun. While this may be true, we've elected to cover the hose with a cheap woven bag so protect it from sunlight. So far, the hose retracts perfectly each and every time. I will also mention that this looks perfect mounted on the wall out front where we have a small garden. I think this is a great addition/alternative to a conventional water hose!This must the worst product and seller that I ever purchased/used in years, I purchased this air/water hose in late May, from the beginnig the retracting mechanism worked about 60% of the time, we were able to deal with it because we used the hose only twice a month to wash the windows and water the plants from time to time. However as the time went on it got a lot harder to use, it got where every time we extend the hose we have to spend good deal of time pushing the hose back inside by hand into position, me and my wife have scratched our hands many times, to my wife this was a big deal and not going to use it again. I contacted the sellers on many seperate occassions to have them credit me or replace it, they refused to discuss it with me... they are absolutley horrible seller, they have no clue to a good customer service. I never ever wrote a bad review, but I find myself that I must warn everyone about this product and this seller, I hope uper management read this and drop them as a seller.This Central Pneumatic hose reel is the perfect solution to a garage or shop air system. Replaced the hose on the first one after about 5 years. Hose finally cracked and blow apart. Used a lot in a side job.my husband is happy with this.Love this thing. Can use this in every corner of my 3 car garage and then some. And it retracts easily and out of the way.Dad loves it great gift for his shop used almost every day
