Feels great in the hand and cast really niceI like these reels for the size and drag strength and they are very smooth I now have nine of them their customer service is very good I had a noise in one of my reels sent it in they went through it updated the parts and had it back to me in a timely manorThis is a great reel for the money. It’s as smooth as silk , light, quiet and great casting. I have 10 reels by 13 fishing and love them all the only problem I’ve had with them is that I have to replace the level wind pins around the 3rd year of heavy use, but for about $1.00 each it’s not bad.I already have four concept Z reels and love them. This reel might be even better. Very smooth, long casting and very few backlash problems. I will own more in the future.Very Light, Smooth, and casts very well. So far so good, only question is durability only because I've only had it a couple weeks.Excellent rod. This is the second 13 I’ve purchased. Best casting rod I own.My husband loves it!Used it once gears felt like they had been stripped. Very clunky.Going to try another in hopes it was a fluke..
