I was very impressed with the quality of the product, except 2 pieces were missing when we put the gazebo together. My husband called customer service and they expressed the pieces we were missing with extras at no charge.Just before Christmas we had a hellacious windstorm in Colorado. 100 miles per hour. Several pieces of the pergola were bent due to the wind. Again, my husband called customer service to get the replacement parts which were for the retractable awning. 2 weeks later this company sent us A COMPLETELY NEW PERGOLA AT NO CHARGE. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I recommend this company without any reservation. Also, the fact that this pergola stood up to 100 mph wind and only needed 2 replacement parts is a testimony to the quality of the product. Very impressed.
